     S & P Consulting Group Engineers is a professional engineering firm with over 40 years of
combined experience that provides structural and civil engineering to residential,
commercial, institutional, government and industrial markets.
     Our focus area includes tall commercial & residential buildings, industrial facilities,
water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, tanks and reservoirs, petrochemical
facilities, pipe lines, electrical substations, solar farms, wind farms and other infrastructure
facilities.
     Our range of professional experience includes the design of tall buildings, and other non-
building structures constructed using concrete, masonry, steel, light gage metal and wood
materials throughout the most severe wind hurricane and high seismic zones. We are also
knowledgeable about strengthening/retrofiting of existing structures and have experience in
construction support such as reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to RFIs,
and preparing cost estimates.
      Our Engineers are conversant with advanced structural concepts such as finite element
methods, mat foundations, pile foundations, liquid-tightness requirements, hydrodynamic
loads, structural dynamics, vibration, and dynamic soil loads. Engineers in our firm routinely
attend seminars and conferences periodically to keep current with Codes and Standards
such as International Building Code, Specific State Building Codes, ACI American Concrete
Institute, CRSI Concrete Reinforced Steel Institute, AISC Steel Construction Manual, AISI
American Iron and Steel Institute, PCI Precast Concrete Institute.
     We have the experience and ability to design projects in different States and internationally.
