Mr. Pinheiros is a licensed professional engineer in 5 States, with over 16 years of experience and a very strong technical seismic and wind design background, Mr. Pinheiros brings a unique ability to develop practical and creative design solutions to achieve the architect’s vision. He has been at the helm of numerous distinctive projects internationally and throughout the South Florida and Southern California landscape and he has led the design and analysis both nationally and internationally. He has extensive experience in
design of a wide spectrum of projects, including but not limited to, educational, institutional, public, essential facilities, high-rise buildings and industrial facilities including non-building structures in the energy sector. Mr. Pinheiros is also very versatile in alternate project delivery approach such as design-build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Lean Delivery Approach. Mr. Pinheiros is professionally very active in the earthquake and wind engineering community and keeps up to date with the latest state of art methods.
David Santamaria
Founder
Mr. Santamaria has a long trajectory and a vast experience as a structural engineer designer. He has been engaged in the design of a large number of multimillion high-rise structures for over 30 years of practice. He has worked not only as a structural designer, utilizing the state of the art of sophisticated software commonly used in the market but he also currently works coordinating and advising developers to build the most suitable and economical structures possible according to the design criteria. This endeavor has given him the great exposure and opportunity to work for several prestigious developers in this construction industry. Pedro Pablo Ramirez
CAD Manager
Ramirez's work experience involves full coordination with Architectural designers for the development of Structural construction documents including Floor Plans, Sections, Schedules and Details. He has been involved with most methods of Commercial and Residential construction used in the state of Florida such as Steel framing, Wood Framing, conventional Concrete, Pre-cast Concrete Joist systems, Pre-cast Concrete double tees, Concrete tilt-up panel walls and Post-tensioned Concrete used in High Rise Tower construction. Work experience also includes some design development, minor Structural Design and a large amount of Project Construction Administration.
